There's dirt, I bathe daily, and good personal hygiene, but it is dirty and night, and the appearance of my breasts.

Do you have a shirt that shows this area. Sometimes when I wear a tank or something that shows that half of my chest, after they have a tan only in this area. Something to draw consideration.

The guys do not have any breasts.
